Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the aladin222 Platform at any given time. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses, and may result in a permanent ban from the Platform.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aladin222 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. The Company accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify aladin222 support immediately via the contact channels listed in Section 14 of these Terms.
aladin222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and verification of payment methods. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. KYC verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement and is conducted to protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.
aladin222 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u (via FPX), CIMB Clicks (via FPX), Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Account holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. aladin222 reserves the right to return deposits made via unverified or third-party payment methods.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and are not guaranteed instant. Timeframes are estimates only and may vary subject to verification requirements or exceptional circumstances.
MYR Currency Note: All real-money balances, deposits, and withdrawals for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The minimum deposit is RM30. Specific limits for each payment method are published in the Platform's payment information section.
All bonuses, promotions, free spin credits, cashback offers, VIP rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses offered by aladin222 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the respective promotion page. These Terms constitute the general framework; individual promotion terms constitute specific addenda and, in the event of a conflict, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified on the relevant promotion page, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The aladin222 referral programme and six-tier VIP programme are subject to their own terms and conditions, which are published separately. Referral bonuses are paid per qualifying referral (as defined on the referral programme page) and are credited at the Company's discretion. VIP tier assignments are reviewed monthly based on stated turnover thresholds. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any loyalty or referral programme at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aladin222 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
aladin222's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
